This agreement applies to Mentors, Learners, Founding Members, Founding Partners, Community Partners, Volunteers, Sponsors, Advisors, and all HuMentors participants.

Trust is the foundation of every mentorship relationship
- Members may share personal, educational, professional, business, or career-related information within the community.
- Respect confidential conversations.
- Do not share private information without permission.
- Do not record meetings without consent from all participants.
- Do not distribute screenshots, recordings, messages, or documents without authorization.
- Protect the privacy of all community members.
Keep mentorship safe, measurable, and accountable
- HuMentors is designed to provide a secure, measurable, and accountable environment for mentorship and community engagement.
- Members are encouraged to use HuMentors-approved communication channels.
- Goals, accountability activities, and mentorship interactions should remain within approved systems whenever possible.
- Community activities may be monitored for safety, compliance, and quality improvement.
Protect the community. Act in good faith.
- HuMentors invests significant time, resources, technology, partnerships, and community-building efforts to create meaningful relationships and opportunities.
- Do not use HuMentors solely as a lead-generation source.
- Do not intentionally bypass platform policies, sponsorship commitments, participation requirements, or community standards.
- Do not solicit members into competing programs using information obtained through HuMentors.
- Do not exploit introductions, relationships, or partnerships established through HuMentors in ways that undermine the community.
- Act in good faith and support the long-term sustainability of the ecosystem.
What we expect from every participant
Mentor Responsibilities
- Provide guidance honestly and ethically.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Avoid conflicts of interest.
- Support growth without making unrealistic promises.
- Maintain professional conduct.
Learner Responsibilities
- Take ownership of personal growth.
- Respect mentor time and expertise.
- Participate actively.
- Follow through on commitments and goals.
- Communicate professionally.
Partner, Volunteer & Sponsor Responsibilities
- Support the mission and values of HuMentors.
- Represent the organization professionally.
- Respect participant privacy.
- Avoid misleading claims regarding partnerships or sponsorships.
- Contribute positively to community growth and impact.
Technology that amplifies human potential
- HuMentors may utilize artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and related technologies to improve matching, accountability, recommendations, communications, learning pathways, and overall community experiences.
- AI is intended to assist human growth, not replace human judgment.
- AI-generated information may not always be accurate.
- Users remain responsible for decisions they make.
- AI-generated content should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Not tolerated in our community
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
- Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
- Unauthorized data collection.
- Spam or unauthorized solicitation.
- Sharing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Attempts to compromise platform security.
Fair, transparent, and protective
HuMentors reserves the right to investigate violations of this agreement. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, removal from programs, termination of membership, termination of partnerships, or other actions necessary to protect the community.

By creating an account, registering for an event, participating in mentorship activities, volunteering, becoming a partner, sponsoring programs, or otherwise engaging with HuMentors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Community Agreement and the referenced Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
